ACCOUNT DELETION

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your SWLens account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

1. What Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your email address
Account credentials (hashed password)
Authentication tokens
App preferences and settings
Any associated account information stored on our servers

Note: All rune analysis and OCR processing is done locally on your device. We do not store any game data, screenshots, or rune information on our servers, so there is no such data to delete.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please send an email to our support team with the following information:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include in your email:

Your registered email address
Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
Optional: Reason for leaving (helps us improve)

3. What Happens Next

After you submit your deletion request:

Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
Processing: Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
Immediate Effect: You will not be able to log in to your account during the processing period

4. Alternative: Just Uninstall the App

If you simply want to stop using SWLens but might return later, you can just uninstall the app. Your account will remain inactive, and you can log back in anytime in the future.
