Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses SWLens ("we", "our", or "us"): the website at www.swlens.io, its tools, and the SWLens desktop and mobile apps. By using SWLens you agree to them.

1. Using SWLens

You may use SWLens to look up and plan for your own Summoners War play: browse the Bestiary, RTA Lens and Tier List, use the tools, and share links to our pages.

Quoting small parts of a page with a link back to it is fine.

2. Fair use and automated access

Search engines and AI assistants that identify themselves honestly and follow our robots.txt are welcome to index and summarise our public pages.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download SWLens or its data with bots, scripts or automated browsers
• Read our database or data endpoints directly, including with keys found in the site's code
• Get around our rate limits, bot checks or other protections, for example by rotating IP addresses or proxies, or by disguising automated traffic as a browser
• Copy, republish, sell or redistribute our data (RTA statistics, player pages, community builds and teams, tier lists) or use it to build a competing site, app or database
• Overload, probe or otherwise interfere with the service

We may block automated traffic, limit access and suspend accounts that break these rules, and take any further steps the law allows.

3. Accounts and paid plans

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe. Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page.

4. Our content

SWLens's statistics, analyses, compilations, text and design are ours and are protected by law. Summoners War and its content are trademarks and property of Com2uS. SWLens is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Com2uS.

5. No guarantees

SWLens is provided "as is". We work to keep its data accurate and the service available, but we can't guarantee either. Builds, statistics and recommendations are suggestions; what you do in the game is up to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of SWLens.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using SWLens after a change means you accept the updated terms.
